Eye roll, please! — #1word5voices #40days

Plenty of people out there think they know everything.  Do you know someone like this?  My eyes are always in danger of rolling out of their sockets whenever I’m around someone who thinks the sun rises and sets on their wisdom.

Scripture has a test for you, if you want to become a wise person.

Who is wise and understanding among you?  Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. [James 3:13]

Wisdom is not in what you know.  It’s how you live what you know.

Check out the rest of James 3 to see how wisdom is fleshed out.  If it doesn’t lead to peace, it ain’t wisdom.
